Another one I thought of this morning is when companies do layoffs and we have to hear about it from the news. I guess there are some layoffs going on at Pioneer Hi-Bred and we found out in the news. Here's the article.

just thought of another…

iowa streets when they’re wet – especially at night.

in illinois they put reflectors on the lines on the road so even when it’s wet/snowy, you can see where you’re going. in iowa you get one huge reflection/glare across the road and can’t see where any lines are.

you can get tinker toys and lincoln logs at toys r us. kevin has some in the basement. if ya ask nicely maybe he can bring them to work for another toy to play with, while you guys work so hard!
